Clos Marie, Pic St Loup 'L'Olivette' 2008
Clos Marie, Pic St Loup 'L'Olivette' 2008 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre. Black fruit with some blueberry notes and lavender pervade this unctuous wine. Tannins are present, ripe and very well coated by the thick sweet middle. Great precision and length draws you back for more. Very impressive wine for the starting point of the range!
