Domaine Bernard Defaix Chablis 'Bougros' Grand Cru 2006 Even more prominent wood that is now no longer discrete tussles with ripe green and yellow fruit aromas that are in keeping with the big, muscled and powerful flavours that are thivk, lush and opulent, all wrapped in a delicious and explosive finish that is both balanced and mouth-coating. This is a dramatic wine - a tip of the cap for managing to keep such a big wine focused. - 90-92/100 Burghound.
