Its Manzanilla, La Gitana (‘the gypsy’), is the estate’s flagship wine and the best-selling Manzanilla in Spain. It is universally regarded as the authoritative Manzanilla in the world. Subtle, delicate nose suggests fresh bread and almonds. Very rich, almost painfully intense wine of pungent freshness and great subtlety; has an ineffable yeasty quality.
