The solera system from which it comes is older than the estate itself (over two centuries) and through this time a thick sediment hasa formed on the bottom of each cask which takes many, many years to form. This is what gives the Sherry its special quality and exceptional smoothness."Real deep fino in colour. Rich complex nose. This is of very high quality. An austere version. Pungeant. Very good grip.
