Leo Alzinger Riesling Smaragd 'Liebenberg' 2006 Pale green-yellow. Apricot and honeydew melon complemented by smoky flint in a rather discreet bouquet. Powerful and firm, with abundant tropical fruit components in the mouth. This complex and wonderfully-balanced wine possesses a vibrant acid structure. Peach and apricot flavour the long finish. Offers a very good potential for further development in the bottle. Drink form 2009 to 2016. 90/100 Stephen Tanzer
