Mas de Daumas Gassac Rouge 2003
Mas de Daumas Gassac Rouge 2003 The Daumas Gassac red is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend that is rich, elegant and packed with cassis and cedarwood notes. It needs at least five years of bottle ageing to show at its best and not for nothing is it described as the ‘Lafite of the Languedoc’. This is one of the must-have wines of the 2003 vintage! "Ruby red, deep and brilliant, intense and complex on the nose, round, full, rich and savoury on the palate, persistant, charming and fruity in its youth but will age incredibly well developing truffle and secondary undergrowth characters."
