Trimbach Pinot Gris Vendange Tardive 375ml 1990 Jean Trimbach began making wines in Alsace as long ago as 1626. Thanks to superb vineyards and excellent wines his descendants were able to build up an enviable reputation within the region and beyond. This is a late harvest wine of extraordinary purity and concentration, a contrasting core of vibrant acidity, pear and peach flavours that almost overwhelm, and a finish that goes on and on.
