Ch de la Tuilerie 'Cuvée Eole' 2007 This is Ch de la Tuilerie’s top cuvee.Made from 100% old vine Syrah, this is a rich, velvety and very age-worthy wine. The nose offers notes of grilled meat, with a multitude of ripe berry aromas, enhanced by delicate game characters from its time maturing in bottle. On the palate, the wine has a fresh attack, balancing out its richness and strength. Tannins are immediately present, yet are fine and silky on the finish. A very harmonious wine.
