Brocard Chablis 1er Cru 'Montmains' 2005 375ml
Brocard Chablis 1er Cru 'Montmains' 2005 375ml By Stephen Tanzer. Ripe peach aroma manages to be both slightly exotic and austere. Thick in texture but with an austerity, thanks to a juicy combination of acidity and menthol minerality. The wine's rocky character stimulates the salivary glands. This one finished its malolactic fermentation very late.- 89-90/100 Stephen Tanzer Delicate and tight but distinctive with intense minerality and very fresh acidity. Ripe yet the power is still tightly coiled. Drink 2008 to 2011.- Jancis Robinson
