Lustau 'San Emilio' Pedro Ximenez Sherry 375ml Almost black in colour. A pronounced and delicious bouquet of the essence of sweet raisins. The taste is very sweet, smooth, pronounced and delicous just like dried raisins or sweet grape juice. This is a very sweet dessert wine consumed on its own or with rich, fruity puddings. Also classically used as the sauce for one of the famous desserts of Jerez: ice cream with Pedro Ximénez Sherry. Serve chilled
