Jean Paul & Benoit Droin Chablis 'Vaillons' 1er Cru 2007 Medium yellow. Perfumed aromas of lemon and minerals. Rich, concentrated and sweet, with lovely floral lift to the flavors of candied lemon peel, orange and peach. A firm mineral spine gives the finish very good cut.- 88-91/100 Stephen Tanzer
