Weinbach Pinot Gris 'Cuvée Ste Catherine' 2006 The Cuvée Ste. Catherine Pinot Gris comes from old vines in the Clos des Capucins. With pear, quince and citrus aromas and flavours, it has nice power and roundness on the palate, well balanced by nice acidity. Lovely with white meats, risottos or duck.
