Weinbach Riesling 'Cuvée Ste Catherine' 2006 The Domaine's Riesling wines have a fine and delicate fruitiness, they are racy, nervy, dry but at the same time they are mature and long on the palate. The cuvee Ste. Catherine comes from the low part of the Schlossberg Grand Cru vineyard and is picked later than cuvee Theo, having more richness and flesh. It goes particularly well with grilled fish.
