Domaine Montirius 'Jardin Secret' Côtes du Rhône 2007 The Montirius 'Jardin Secret' is 100% Grenache made from only one hectare of old vines planted in 1947, at the foot of the old village of “Sablet”. With yields of only 35 hl per hectare, it is no wonder that the output is a miserly 4000 bottles per year. The vinification is traditional with total destemming, a very light press, and no oak treatment.
