Lustau Jerez Palo Cortado, Almacenista Vides 375ml Dry, but full wine, coming from the Lustau bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera, salty and elegant but rich to taste. The richness is balanced by its crisp, flor yeast character to give a lingering aftertaste. Served chilled in a copita or a white wine glass, this Fino Sherry can be drunk as an aperitif or as a wine with food. Try it with Tapas, especially nuts, hams or chorizo, the cured paprika sausages, or with fish, seafood or white meat. "The non-vintage Palo Cortado, Almacenista Vides is dark amber, slightly sweeter and richer than the Amontillado and would be excellent with quail, partridge, and grouse." 93/100 Wine Advocate
