Ch La Sauvegarde, Bordeaux AOC 2009 Made from 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The colour is ruby red, the nose is fruity with a touch of spicy oak in the background, and the palate shows cassis, black cherries and fine, soft tannins.
