Covinas Enterizo Reserva 2008 At an altitude ranging from 600m to 900m above sea level Bodegas Covinas is located in the beautiful valley of the River Magro. Under the influence of both a Mediterranean and continental climate, conditions are perfect for the growing of grapes and the concentration of flavour. Made using only the best Tempranillo grapes the Reserva is aged in American oak leaving a complexity of spicy aromas, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Cherry red in colour with hints of red brick, the palate combines the spiciness with subtle hints of black fruit leading to a long lingering finish. Balanced and well structured this is a classy wine!
