The following delivery charges are applied "per dozen or part thereof", and include re-packing and insurance.
Rural Delivery Surcharge: Regrettably we have to pass on a surcharge of $3.95 per parcel for any delivery where the final delivery service is carried out by a Rural Delivery Courier Service. Generally this will apply to any address that features an "RD" in it.
