La Monella Bianco 2021

A playfully bad girl, un-conforming, wild and natural, La Monella is an organic natural white blend of Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling.  Naturally fermented, and left in old oak French barrels for 7 months, the wine was bottled without filtration or fining. Gorgeous and generous, flush with floral and aromatic scents of ripe citrus fruit and white flowers. The palate is layered and rich, yet refreshing, and is completed with bright acidity. A charming wine!
