Winemakers across the region are thrilled with how the 2018 wines are developing so far. Louis Fabrice Latour, stated “We are very pleased to have two big crops in a row of very good quality.” Some Burgundians, like négociant Philippe Pacalet, have even compared the 2018 vintage to 1947 – one of the top Burgundy Vintages in history.
2018 is a great Chablis vintage and Domaine Brocard has also bottled some classic wines at Premier Cru & Village level. This will be a superb vintage for lovers of terroir driven Chardonnay. Brocard's wines are all about balance & harmony, showcasing super fine acidity, and the finesse that only the best vintages give.
