"Picked very early, on September 17, the 2018 Graacher Domprobst Riesling Kabinett was among the first wines that were picked in 2018. It fermented very long and offers a so-called "JJ Prüm nose" with stinky and untamed "sponti" notes on the flinty and quite reductive nose. The palate is a vibrantly fresh, salty-piquant, beautifully clear and persistently salty Kabinett that was picked at 87° Oechsle. It is pretty aromatic on the still reductive finish.
