Online ordering and contactless delivery during Level 4 lockdown.

While all our bricks and mortar stores are closed for the duration of Alert Level 4, we remain open for online business. The online ordering and contactless delivery of alcohol has been approved during Level 4. See below the relevant clause from the covid19.govt.nz website:

There are a few things to note:

LIMIT ON SPIRITS
During Alert Level 4 the quantity of spirits you may purchase must be no more than the customs/duty free allowance which is currently 3 bottles (or other containers) of spirits or liqueur (each bottle or container can hold a maximum of 1.125 litres) per order.

WHAT IS CONTACTLESS DELIVERY?
The courier delivering your order will not ask you to sign a scanner or any paperwork. If they do knock at the door, they may ask for your name but they will first step right back beyond two metres to observe strict social distancing. Leaving an "authority to leave" in the Special Instructions section of the address fields in our website's checkout will mean the courier will leave your order wherever you have requested, eg. leave at front door. 

DELIVERY DELAYS
Please be patient. We appreciate your business very much during this tense and difficult time. As you can imagine, staff resources, supply chains and courier companies are all experiecing very significant pressure. Your order will necessarily take a little longer to process, pick, despatch and deliver. Please allow 5 - 7 business days.
