100% Malvasia di Toscana.
"Intense and viscous, offering fig, honey, molasses and mineral flavors. The plush texture and sweetness is offset by vibrant acidity, keeping this dessert wine focused and clean on the long aftertaste. Drink now through 2020. 581 cases made."

“The grapes were dried for five months and
… fermented in the traditional Tuscan casks, called ‘caratelli’ of cherry wood and oak, in which it was also aged for six years. Unfiltered. Deep amber. Deep nose of dried fig with hints of breadcrumbs and a touch of black pepper. Intensely sweet and dense, treacle-like palate. Very long and sweet and needs the sweetest of desserts as a match.”

“Dark colored amber. So much dried, sweet cherries. Full-bodied and very sweet with syrup, yet fresh and amazing. A unique sweet wine. Drink forever. A joy to taste by the tea spoon.”

“The Vin Santo del Chianti Classico (375-milliliters) is packed unthinkably tight with honey, maple syrup, brown sugar and crème brûlée. This is an unbelievably beautiful wine that flaunts extreme precision and abundant aromatic intensity. The mouthfeel is succulent and rich with honey-like viscosity that allows the wine to wrap over the palate in careful slow motion. The finish is luscious and deep, and despite the very high residual sugar, this Vin Santo del Chianti Classico shows impressive complexity and overall elegance. The natural acidity and the 12.5% alcoholic content keeps the wine from ever feeling too heavy.”
